TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 RIDLEY ACADEMY NASHVILLE EXPERIENCE
Effective Date: DATE OF PURCHASE
Event Date: April 2–6, 2026
Organized by: Ridley Academy Make It Go Right, Inc. (“Ridley Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before completing your registration or submitting payment for the Ridley Academy Nashville Experience (the “Event”). By registering for the Event, submitting your deposit, or completing full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

 1. Eligibility and Registration

Participation in the Event is open only to individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Ridley Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

 2. Event Overview

The Ridley Academy Nashville Experience (“Experience”) includes a multi-day curated itinerary featuring group meals, private dinners, studio sessions, performances, and professional videography designed to capture and document the experience. Participation also includes four (4) private one-on-one coaching sessions with your assigned Ridley Academy coach prior to the Event.

 3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 USD is required at the time of registration to secure your seat. The remaining balance of $7,500 USD must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days prior to the Event start date.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Payments must be made through approved methods listed on the checkout page. Any applicable bank or processing fees are the responsibility of the participant.

 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Deposit Refund Window

The initial $2,500 deposit is refundable only up to sixty (60) days prior to the Event start date. Written notice of cancellation must be received by Ridley Academy before this 60-day cutoff in order to be eligible for a refund.

4.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

After the 60-day window has passed, all payments—including deposit and remaining balance—are strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.

Additionally, once you have participated in any of the four (4) included one-on-one coaching sessions with your coach, your deposit becomes immediately non-refundable, even if those sessions occur prior to the 60-day cutoff, as the deposit is used to compensate your coach for time and resources already rendered.

4.3 No Refund After Full Payment

Once full payment of $10,000 has been submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy exists because Ridley Academy makes substantial non-recoverable commitments to event vendors, accommodations, studios, and restaurants in advance of the Experience.

 5. Transfers and Substitutions

Tickets and participation in the Experience are non-transferable. If a registered participant cannot attend, Ridley Academy may, at its sole discretion, consider substitution requests made in writing prior to the 60-day cutoff. Additional administrative fees may apply.

 6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All materials, performances, workshops, and coaching sessions provided during the Experience (including but not limited to videos, recordings, documents, and teaching content) are the intellectual property of Ridley Academy and/or its licensors.
Participants agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any proprietary material or confidential information obtained during or in connection with the Experience without express written permission.

Unauthorized use, distribution, or public posting of such materials may result in legal action.

 7. Media Release

By attending the Experience, you grant Ridley Academy and its affiliates the right to capture, record, and use your likeness, image, voice, or performance in any photo, video, or audio recording for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, without further consent or compensation.

 8. Participant Conduct

Ridley Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of local laws or event policies, without refund.
Participants must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and staff directions.

 9. Travel, Accommodation, and Personal Expenses

Travel to and from Nashville is the sole responsibility of the participant. Lodging, meals, and activities specifically listed as part of the Experience are included; however, personal purchases, upgrades, and optional activities are not covered.
Ridley Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that the Experience may involve travel, physical activities, and public interaction, which carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Ridley Academy, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of your participation in the Experience or related activities.

11. Force Majeure

Ridley Academy shall not be liable or deemed in breach for any failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, Ridley Academy may reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event, and credits or partial refunds may be issued at its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees.

13. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree,” submitting payment, or participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, and agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.
